11/16 - Dungeness Dike as Winter Approaches

Winter is coming thought the last leaves and greenery are hanging in. We were down at the Dungeness Dike where construction seems to be wrapping up with a new parking area and access path along the rebuilt Towne Road. We walked along the dike from the schoolhouse with great views of the river, its marshlands and the Olympic Mountains.
