Rick's Organic Produce is back at the Port Angeles Farmers' Market for the 2008 season, and are we glad they made it. Rick's has a green house, so we've already had a taste of summer in this otherwise slow year. A few weeks ago we tried some of his garden peas. They were tiny, but wonderfully sweet. Then came the first broccoli, and this week, in early July, he had cauliflower along with his broccoli, green beans and romaine lettuce.
