Great - We really like this one
This recipe is a bit sketchy. Basically, you cook and strain the penne. Add the feta cheese first so it melts a bit, then add everything else, and eat it.

grated lemon peel
pickled lemons (optional)
tomatoes
artichoke bottoms, real artichokes are even better than canned
black oil cured olives
parsley
oregano
red pepper flakes
some olive oil
pepper to taste
