Casablanca has been a Harvard Square institution for years and is noted for its funky ambience and so-so food, but now Ana Sortun is running the kitchens and on our last visit, the food was much improved. In fact, it was excellent. My favorite dish was the scallop pizza, but they also had a wonderful mid-Eastern bread and dip plate which you might remember from Eight Holyoke where she used to work. We were in Cambridge, so they couldn't get me my iced tea aperitif until near the end of the meal, but otherwise the service was very good.
