Too many people only go halfway with their kitchen. Viking ranges and Subzero refrigerators are nice enough, for a doll house, but real people need a real kitchen. It is nearly impossible to rotisserie an elk in a Viking oven, and even the largest Subzero freezer barely holds food for a year. Still, I do like the high technology look, I just want the proper scale for the new portion sizes.

Whether you cook for yourself, or for a crowd, or for a medium sized nation, the kitchen is the heart of your home. Make sure your home has a big heart as big as all outdoors
