We weren't even planning to walk down 22nd Street because they were sandblasting a building there and the noise was ferocious, but somehow, the traffic lights were with us and we were heading west, so we found Just Calm Down and N. Y. Cake and Baking. We didn't actually get massages or anything, but as soon as we closed the street door, everything was quiet and calm. Given the noise level outside, this was rather impressive. The place smelled wonderful. This is a real urban retreat.
