Recipe for Mushroom Potstickers

These are fun to make and fun to eat.

Mushroom Potstickers


- 6-8oz portabello mushrooms
- 2 scallions, finely sliced
- 1tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1tsp sesame oil in all
- soy sauce
- 10-12 wonton wrappersi
Dice mushrooms into 1/4in pieces. Cook in fry pan w/dash or two sesame oil over high heat until all the water evaporates.
Add garlic, ginger, scallions and cook a minute or two. Season w/soy.
Wrap a teaspoon in each wonton wrapper and seal.
Clean fry pan, add a dash of oil and fry potstickers about 1 minute each side on high heat.
