This is incredibly rich with all the butter, but this is a hard dish to beat.

Asparagus Flamande

2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 lb asparagus
1 stick butter
1 large tomato (or 2 smaller ones), diced
2-4 tbsp chopped parsley
nutmeg
salt
pepper
Hard boil the eggs.
Steam the asparagus.
Heat a frying pan, add butter, asparagus, eggs, parsley, and tomato.
Then adjust salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
